Street of kinosaki onsen is really walkable. Don't forget to visit nearby Utsuroi Cafe, they have best coffee ever. We parked the car on site...

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right in the center of town was perfect for exploring and enjoying all the activities. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they were incredibly kind, charming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were excellent, with a spacious sitting area, free toiletries, and a convenient electric kettle. Celebrating New Year at this traditional Japanese accommodation was a truly unique experience. We loved the kaiseki meals that were served, with the explanation of each course in great detail. The location of the hotel was perfect with beautiful scenery and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed using the onsens that were well-maintained and clean, offering a very relaxing atmosphere.

The private onsen looked a bit old and uninviting, and we found the water a bit too hot to use. the wifi was not working during our stay.

The hotel’s location is convenient, right in the heart of a bustling town with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. the room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious ensuite bathroom. the friendly staff were attentive and provided a tasty breakfast in the morning.

The experience at this ryokan was stunning! the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the cultural norms and etiquette in this type of Japanese Inn. the location was perfect since we were able to easily access the public onsens nearby, and the traditional Japanese garden was breathtaking. Plus, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the meals were delicious, with a good variety of dishes. It was a great value for the price, and I'd definitely recommend it to someone looking for an authentic Japanese experience.

Although everything was fantastic, there was one minor downside. the breakfast menu was not customizable, which might be an issue for those with dietary needs or restrictions.
